1. Pricing and Payments
The prices listed apply to ads placed through our website or prepaid in advance. Invoices overdue by 30 days may incur an additional charge of £50 + VAT to cover administrative costs related to pursuing and collecting outstanding balances.

2. Distribution
We are committed to delivering our magazine to every household within the heimishe community of Salford, Prestwich, and Crumpsall. While we strive for complete coverage, occasional delivery issues may arise, especially during training periods for new staff. We guarantee a minimum delivery rate of 96%. Non-delivery to specific addresses, within this rate, does not exempt advertisers from payment obligations.

3. Advertisement Submissions
– Pre-designed Ads: Customers must ensure all pre-designed advertisements are submitted in high resolution, at the correct dimensions, and saved in CMYK format.
– Designed Ads: If we design the advertisement, it is the customer’s responsibility to review the draft for accuracy, including contact details, spelling, pricing, and location.

4. Design and Cancellations
– Our design service is complimentary with ad placements.
– A cancellation fee of £30 + VAT applies to ads we design but are not subsequently placed.
– Designs created by us may not be used for other publications or purposes without prior written consent.

5. Printing and Layout
– Printed colours may differ slightly from those seen on computer screens.
– If an adjacent advertisement features a similar colour scheme, we reserve the right to adjust the ad’s placement without prior notice.

6. Content Restrictions
In accordance with local rabbinical guidelines, social media icons and QR codes will be removed from advertisements.

7. Pricing Adjustments
Prices are subject to change. Rates are based on the date of the advertisement’s appearance, not the reservation date.

8. Ad Confirmation
All advertisements are considered final and confirmed by 11:00 AM on Thursday prior to publication.
